Long Le

Title: Life in Action Facilitator
Interesting Fact: Most people are unaware of Long's plan to organize the coolest, most tacky sweater party! His sweater will consist of flashing multi-coloured lights with 3-dimensional singing reindeers!

Long Le joins Leaders Today as one of the extremely vibrant leadership facilitators. He hopes to inspire and educate youth to become social entrepreneurs, making way for a generation of young people focused on community building rather than money making. He is a recent York University graduate with a degree in fine arts cultural studies.

Long has travelled across the globe to volunteer and embrace world cultures. From Vietnam to South Africa, from Thailand to Holland to the United States, he has come to understand the significance of how education can open the door to new thoughts, ideas, innovations and opportunities. In his travels, he has gained a deep respect for education, especially because millions of children around the world do not have access to education and are forced to work instead—some in heinous conditions. As a leadership facilitator, Long hopes he can inspire young people to realize the abundance in their own lives and to share their abundance with others.

Long is a big fan of two things: Oprah and the Olympic Games. As an international celebrity and humanitarian, Oprah's words inspire Long every day: "Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough."
