Office Culture
Headquartered in the heart of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in a diverse neighbourhood called Cabbagetown, we share our cozy office space with our close partners Free The Children; we are on the first floor, and they on the second. Sometimes full, sometimes nearly empty, there is always a friendly face to greet you at the door.
Daily routines in our office are hardly normal, as the leadership facilitators rise with the rooster’s call and head out to schools, communities, conferences, workshops, speeches, and meetings across the world. Armed with ingenuity, open minds and hearts, and with Level 3 passion, they will greet you with an enthusiasm and energy you won’t soon forget!
Our office is a place of collective effort where partnerships are joined and celebrated. We keep articles on the walls to remind us of the responsibility we have to young people, as well as chalk boards at hand to flesh out the ideas that provide our programs and curriculum with depth and vitality. We are a small group with bold ambitions, with the words of Margaret Mead firmly etched in our minds: "Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world, indeed it is the only thing that ever has." We can’t and won’t forget this.
So come one, come all, to shake the hands that answer the phones, hold the microphones, design the leadership training, and let us share our vision together as we open the doors of endless possibility for youth everywhere. All visitors are welcome!
If you’re in the neighbourhood, give us a shout. When you hear the laughter and see the youthful faces you’ll know you’ve come to the right place.
